Job opening: Account Director for pharma clients (closed)

We are looking for an experienced Account Director with a deep understanding of the life science industries. You would be the senior point of contact for Anthill’s clients, working closely with life science executives around the world. The role requires driving best practice in integrated account management, client satisfaction, and revenue growth – identifying opportunities for additional Anthill services.

Manage top-tier client relationships

You will be the face of the agency on some of our most prestigious accounts, and so need to be at ease in discussing all aspects of digital brand and sales communication. This role calls for demonstrable experience of managing top-tier client relationships, forecasting and managing large, complex budgets.

Besides managing accounts and seeking new client relationships, you will be involved in developing communication strategies for our clients. Therefore a proven successful background in pharmaceutical sales and marketing is an advantage.

  • Strong business development and sales skills
  • Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical or broader life sciences industries, or an international healthcare agency
  • Solid experience of managing large global brands and budgets
  • Ability to motivate and inspire colleagues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A relevant commercial and/or scientific education
  • A passion for digital marketing and communication
