Job opening: Account Director/Manager for Pharma clients

Key role in creative digital agency

You would be responsible for major accounts and leading business development globally. The role requires driving best practice in integrated account management, client satisfaction, and revenue growth – developing existing Anthill business and identifying opportunities with new clients.

Manage top-tier client relationships

You will be the face of the agency on some of our most prestigious accounts, and so this role calls for demonstrable experience of managing top-tier client relationships, forecasting and managing large, complex budgets.

Besides managing accounts and seeking new client relationships, you will be involved in developing communication strategies for our clients. Therefore a background in pharmaceutical sales and marketing is an advantage.

  • Strong business development and sales skills
  • Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical or broader life sciences industries, or an international healthcare agency
  • Solid experience of managing large global brands and budgets
  • Ability to motivate and inspire colleagues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A relevant commercial and/or scientific education
