We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a deep understanding of the life science industries. You would be the point of contact for Anthill’s clients, working closely with life science managers around the world.
In this role you will support Anthill’s Account Directors on large global accounts or manage regional or local accounts on your own. The role requires driving best practice in integrated account management, client satisfaction, and revenue growth – identifying opportunities for extended engagement.

Today Anthill is already working with several key clients out of the Pharma Top 20 companies (Pfizer, Novartis, Bayer, Roche, Amgen, etc.) plus a large number of smaller, but equally exciting customers. We are offering a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional to deepen the existing partnerships with these clients and creating new ones in the region. The ideal candidate will work from our German subsidiary, located in Freiburg.

Manage top-tier client relationships
You will be one of the key faces of the agency on some of our most prestigious accounts, and so need to be at ease in discussing all aspects of digital brand and sales communication. This role calls for demonstrable experience of managing top-tier client relationships, forecasting and managing large, complex budgets.
Besides managing accounts, you may be involved in developing communication strategies for our clients. Therefore a proven successful background in pharmaceutical sales and marketing is a requirement.
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical or broader life sciences industries, or an international healthcare agency
- Solid experience of managing large global accounts and budgets
- Ability to motivate and inspire colleagues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- A relevant commercial and/or scientific education
- A passion for digital marketing and communication
